Data Deletion Instructions

RatedYou — last updated: August 16, 2026

You can delete your RatedYou account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, reviews, points balance, bookings history and any data obtained through social login providers (Google, Apple or Facebook).

Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open the RatedYou app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Help Center → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion. Your authentication account is removed immediately and all associated data is erased from our servers automatically.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send a request to support@ratedyou.org from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We will process the request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.

Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook, either option above deletes all data RatedYou received from Facebook (name, email address and profile picture). You can additionally remove RatedYou from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites.

Puoi eliminare il tuo account RatedYou e tutti i dati associati in qualsiasi momento: apri l'app e vai su Profilo → Help Center → Elimina account, oppure scrivi a support@ratedyou.org dall'indirizzo email associato al tuo account. L'eliminazione è definitiva e include i dati ricevuti da Google, Apple o Facebook.
