Delete Account Policy

Any unredeemed RYV, reward balances or reputation-related points associated with your in-app account may be permanently removed and may no longer be recoverable, subject to platform rules and technical status at the time of deletion.

Because RYV-related transactions may be recorded on a public blockchain such as Polygon, past transaction records may remain permanently visible on the blockchain. However, after account deletion, those records will no longer be actively associated with your personal profile within the RatedYou platform.

Your personal data, such as email address, name and profile image, will be removed from our active systems within up to 30 days from the confirmed deletion request, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security obligations or fraud-prevention requirements.
