All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, permanent functionality or future feature continuity.
10. RYV Utility Token Notice
RYV tokens are utility tokens intended solely for use within the RatedYou ecosystem in connection with loyalty, engagement and reward-related features. RYV is not presented as a speculative financial instrument, security or guaranteed investment product.
RatedYou does not guarantee financial profit, capital appreciation or speculative returns. Any token-related functionality is subject to platform rules, technical availability, legal compliance and ecosystem evolution.
Users are solely responsible for the management of their digital wallet, wallet credentials and any associated private keys where applicable. RatedYou is not responsible for losses caused by user error, wallet mismanagement, third-party wallet failures or unauthorized access outside its direct control.
